We are fully equipped to test surface particle contaminants, ion extractables, and nonvolatile residues, based on the IEST Recommended Practices, ASTM, SEMI, IPC test methods, and other custom procedures.   

We provide testing and consulting services to analyze and identify the composition of contaminants.  We also offer monthly or quarterly production lot testing for our clients.
