Sebastian Scientific is a privately-owned, prompt, and reliable independent testing laboratory for cleanroom consumables, with over 25 years of experience in cleanroom consumables testing. We are equipped with state-of-the-art instrumentation in the areas of particle counting, microscopy, chromatography, spectroscopy, adhesive, and polymer testing.

We provide testing services and contamination identification for cleanroom gloves, wipers, swabs, garments, packaging films, cleaning solutions, mops, and cleanroom documentation products. We also provide monthly and quarterly production lot testing for our clients. We are fully equipped to analyze surface particle contaminants, anion and cation extractables, non-volatile residues (NVRs), and other trace contaminants in cleanroom consumables using industry standards and custom protocols. We provide testing services to microelectronics, semiconductor, storage media, and aerospace companies, and many cleanroom consumable suppliers. We integrate and emphasize the principles of green chemistry in our testing protocols and standard operating procedures.
